Hi,
I created a lot of GIF animations with studio, but now...when i click on ''preview'' nothing happens.
No page opens with a animation.
Reinstalled allready.
What to do?

Hi,
The preview button calls a htm page.
You have to associate in "Windows Explorer/ Tools/Folder Options / Type of files" the htm files with your Web navigator.
More easy : search a htm file on your Hard drive and do a right clic : "Open With" chose your navigator and check "Always use this application to open such type of file"

For the moment, no user reported this bug with XP. I think it's a compatibility problem with vista...

No problem with Vista 32 bits.
But i wonder if the download of this PFS program was not-complete or corrupted ?
I think it's no internal reason that a 64 bits OS version can't display correctly a window which is displaid in a 32 bits version.

Preview problem. I think. I sent for Antonio in pfi. Bad download? No. I can not believe -sometimes this problem under 64 bit.

It is possible ofcourse that this problem ocure with the 64 bits version.
Because i believe the Photofiltre that is available, only works correct on 32 bits.
Something about your computer: You have a 64 bits windows, with 64 bits hardware because otherwise vista won't Run properly. You can install a maximum of 4GB RAM memory, because 64bits is pretty heavy.
But you only got 1,5 GB! I really suggest you buy more RAM memory.
Also you got a VERY slow processor for the type of windows you have...

crash in the preview... No You have got Vista 64 bit maximum memory 8 Gbyte...(Home Basic) The aero style to eat lot's of memory...
