Want to use only part of a .png image (icon)

Hello,

I have a .png image and I want to use only a part of it. How can I cut a piece off with PhotoFiltre? Can't find the dotted rectangle.

Oh well, I found it.
.png images aren't the easiest ones with their transparancy BTW.

Hi Columba,

precisely, PNG images in the PF Studio release, are very usefull to keep transparency and to be saved without any lost in colours, with a good compression ratio.
This format is even the best in his category.
Just, after loading you have to disable transparency if exists.
Try other formats with transparency and tell us which is most usefull ?
