Many people over here (especially seniors) do NOT have a creditcard. Is there a diffrent way to make them pay the 25,00 for the license?

I used my bank card, which I believe to be a credit card, but is classified as something NOT a credit card. Now, you figure that one out.
Anyway, perhaps you could have a good friend or relative pay the fee for you online.
I did not want to use PayPal at first because I thought I would have to register with a yearly fee.
Once again, Antonio da Cruz has made everything really easy. Go to PhotoFiltre Studio online, follow the options that lead you to the paying facility.
You may pay for PhotoFiltre Studio as a one-time-only payment without having to register.
This is very convenient for us older folks, and no need to register. I hope this has been of some help for you. Jack
