I installed the new version of PFS. The plugin.dll seems to be the same as the old one (3.0.64.101). Is this a new dll or the pld one. I tried Paint Engine and Impressionist plugins, but they still just turn the image black. I thought they might work with the new dll.
Is there a new dll?
Jim

Jim:
You can dowload plugin.dll version 7.0.0.0 Here.
This won't help you with the Image Composer Plug-In (Bet you are surprised I knew where that one came from
) or Paint Engine Though.
I think both of those plug-ins predate PS 5. If you remember back when version 4 or 5 came out they changed quite a lot and a lot of the newer plug-ins for the 1st year or 2 did not work in Image Composer.

PS Filters
I have installed a lot of PS filters in the plugins of Studio, thank you Jim for the information on Mehdi and Xero.
The problem: Many of my PS filters operate only on a partial area of my graphic in works, and usually the remainder is obliterated.
Do I need to place those filters in a special folder, or do I need a specific .dll?
I also get black images with some of the plugins.
The ones that do function are really great.
Thanks! Please, if this gets trashed for redundance, let me know.
