PhotoFiltre Studio Forum
Would it be possible for PhotoFiltre Studio to have it's own Thread? This way when folks ask questions it would be easier to answer because we would know what version they are working with.
There are some real big differences on how you do certain effects between the 2 programs.
In my opinion PhotoFIltre Studio is so much better and I would hate for it to get lost among all the Free topics.

For the time being
For the time being I regret to say I do not have Studio. Were there to be two forums this would be class distinction, and I prefer to keep things democratic and equal." Also, I am reading up on Studio posts also, because when I do have it, I want to be close to speed.
You know the tone of this is tongue in cheek of course, I mean about the "democratic and equal?"

Not that seriousº
I believe your suggestion is good and valid. If you noticed, I mention that my message is tongue in cheek, primarily because I fear being left behind. Right now I do not have Studio, but I am certain my attitude will swing directly your way when I have it.
Merci! Thanks! Jack

Natural
The natural evolution of the forum will be for more and more posts being devoted to Studio, and the older version will be come the exception. With this evolution those posting problems with the older version will most likely state the version being used. Does this sound reasonable?

Hi Jack,
I think you do a mistake to consider that PF6 is an older release of PF Studio.
For example, if PF was only a shareware version, never i tried it by principle.
I had many times checked that a lot of people prefer try a freeware release and if they agree the practice and/or a sufficient requirement, they buy further the advanced release.
The PF6 release has several updates known since Studio was born. And Antonio said it will be maintained

Semantical View
I will agree to disagree for the sake of avoiding argument here. In my particular view PhotoFiltre Studio is a version of PhotoFiltre, and it is definitely the newer PhotoFiltre. It is absolutely commendable to the highest degree that the older PhotoFiltre is being kept up with improvements. God willing, I will be using Studio very soon. Most of the filters and plugins function in both, however the latter has more functions than the previous. I know when I used Studio for the trial period, I had no difficulty whatsoever adapting to using to the same degree of proficiency as I enjoyed with PF 6, which, by the way, I would rate as "experienced amateur." No matter, PhotoFiltre is great, and so are all the folks who use it. Jack
