Czech in PhotoFiltre Studio X

The program PhotoFiltre Studio X does not appear Czech accented correctly. The letter "Z" and "S" hook to display correctly. The letters "E", "R" and "C" hook are displayed incorrectly.I use Windows 8 when moving house, and the program was selected as compatible with Win 8, this problem persists even after the "clean boot". This applies both PFS X and earlier versions PhotoFiltre. In other programs, which are also in the English version, the Czech accented displayed correctly.

Change encoding windovs language was the first thing I tried. The only result was that changed imaging Czech letters with accents on the browser page. On display errors in the Czech PhotoFiltre Studio X to have no positive effect. Coding Czech language must be set to Unicode (UTF-8) to Czech displayed properly. In other English language programs, the problem does not occur only in the program PhotoFiltre.

I don't use windows 8, but if it works correctelly with an old windows version, the problem is the langage code. But what exactelly ?...don't know
