How do I add a direction arrow with text to a captured pict

Hi all.

I am a Newbie on this forum so I hope I am doing the right thing.

I have a web picture captured and saved to me desktop. To this picture I would like to add a colored (pointing) arrow with the words, "click here".

How would I go about doing this?

Use the Line tool (in the tool palette) and check the option arrow
