When using text (T), some romanian diacritics are not supported.
I can write into the box, but then I press OK, not all are shown.

The same result with PhotoFiltre 6.3.2 or Photofiltre Studio X 10.2.0

In this case, the problem is that Delphi 7 don't support unicode 16 bit. Only text in 8 bit and your police works only in 16 bits
