Re: Putting Some background
Hi,
i think you have the right software downloaded , but you may read the other pages of the original web site.
No matter, there are the good links towards the tutorials :
http://photofiltre.free.fr/frames_en.htm
http://photofiltre.free.fr/tutorials_en.htm
http://www.photofiltre-studio.com/tutolinks-en.htm
see particularly : "Optimized clipping & special joining"

Re: Putting Some background
Last week I was able to use the stamp tool to add a background to an existing image. I forgot how to do this. I have tried the polugon tool and sometimes use the lasso tool, but I use that with my fingers and it isn't as accurate. The stamp tool is the closest to accuracy in terms of putting textures and backgrounds to an image. Pleas ehelp me as I really want to improve my comics.

Re: Putting Some background
Hi,
usually it's easier to paste a clip on the background.
But for the clone stamp, between two images you need to assemble them or
to define the background as pattern, menu Edit, and check Pattern in the Stamp tool.
