Hi!
Sorry, but i couldn't find plugins, when it's necessary to insert a thin and coloured arrow or a circle in a picture för marking selected informations in a picture or to hint at something. In my toolbar I only could find Arrow01.pfs or Arrow02.pfs.

Hi,
you don't need any plugins to do that you want.
For a circle just draw an Ellipse selection and into the selection : right clic / Stroke and fill
For arrows use the Line tool, ajust the width and check the arrow box, just below "Antialias"
