Circles and elipses

How do I draw a colored circle or elipse around part of an image.

I love the lens plugin and I use the arrows all the time. Are there also more arrows to download and install?

Thank you for the reply but I am confused. You said to right click in a selection and stroke or fill; however, I don't see how that will allow me to draw a circle or elipse around something on an image. Is there a trick to make a circle or elipse appear sort of like the lens plug-in where I can add it and size it to show something in a photo?

Ideally I would like to be able to highlight an area with a circular or elliptical line to highlight what is in the area.

Sorry to be a pest but I don't understand how to do what you suggested.

You will have plenty of time forward to understand how.

Here I am again. My problem is how do I draw an elipse or circle? Is there a command that allows me to click and drag a circle or elipse like I can do with a rectangle?
