¿command line in PhotoFiltre?

I am newbie in photofiltre . I would like to know command line for :
import clipboard
capture screen

For example , in xnview is:
/clipaste
/capture

sorry there are no command lines for PhotoFiltre.
It wasn't built to enable this function and the whole code would be remake to.
