I was thinking like ... maybe its not necessary to repeat "Preview" with each colour and hence you could probably put in
Red -- Green -- Blue (on line 1)
Original Ok Cancel (on line 2)
Restore would not be required as the user could always use Original.
and like Wow! I was just fooling around with it. Made a couple of selections with the magic wand and used the WB and its nice to see that I can apply it to just the selected portions. Am now getting whiter whites for the clothes my kids are wearing
Ah! ok! I now see the point of "Restore". Yeah it would be required to clear old points from memory Hence, yeah, point B would be better.
However, since this can be used to have other effects too by choosing colours not in the white/gray range, maybe you could have a small checkbox. Enabling it should select only pixels of white/ gray and disabling it allows free access to all colours!

Cheers
I was planning only to discard only maximum one or two points who are clearly different from the other selected points, aka who would clearly need another colorcorrection to make them grey. If someone chooses all blue points, they will be used and give a rather strange effect;-).
I've just posted a new beta 0.93 (for location see first post in thread).
Changes :
Added an "Original" button to compare the previews with the original without loosing you're selections. "Restore" is renamed to "Restart", I think that's maybe a little bit more obvious. When using Restart you loose you're already done selections.
When there're more than 3 selected points the one with the biggest color deviation from white (aka colourneutral) is not used. This should protect against "wrong" selections.

Still a good plugin
I would suggest a counter, indicating how many clics have been done, with the ability to cancel the last one for exemple
After that I think your plugin will be perfect

Because the nr of selected pixels isn't that important, I don't see a big use for it. As long that there are a few selected pixels the plugin will work nice. Even with one good selected pixel it could be ok, but I don't recommend that, surely not with jpeg's and it's artifacts.
Canceling the last one is maybe a good thing, but I think it's only usefull in very difficult conditions (aka almost no white). In most cases it's easy to restart if there's a bad selection.
