Size of Images / Avatars / Signatures

In order to limit the web traffic and take advantage of a faster and more readable display, thanks to observe these rules :

- Size of avatars ==> 100 x 100 pixels maxi
- Size of animated signatures ==> 300 x 70 pixels maxi
- Size of not animated signatures ==> 468 x 60 pixels maxi
- Size of posted images ==> 800 x 600 maxi (don't forget that everybody has not a 19 inches screen).
