Can you give more explication about your question ?
I don't see which tool you want tu use with, or what effect you want realise.

I want to make my (paint)brush more see-through, so it not is 100% that color you paint with that will cover my picture. If you understand what I mean..

Yes i see,

Preliminary opacity level of the paintbrush tool is only available in the shareware Studio version :

In the freeware version, you can only fade each action of the paintbrush :
menu Edit / Fade, or shift+ctrl+Z, then Tab and adjust with page-up or page-down key.
