These railway wagons are awaiting repair. I like the way they are out of alignment (in English 'higgledy-piggledy' !!

) and the muted colours.

Hi ricochet, I used a combination of Filter->Relief->Relief More and Filter->Other->Minimum (several times! with some saturation adjustment).
