PNG option for saving,need more info!

Any time i saved in png i'm puzzled from the option they are really misterious for me:!:
What i need is to save with the highest quality setting,i don't care file size,neither time needed to save...so what are the best setting for this pourpose

Did you try to save the same image according to the various methods and did compare the results?
It's often more interesting to be made his own opinion!
