New version 3.0

- Adjustable opacity from 0 to 100% (Thanks which?? - > Thanks ANTONIO!!!)
- Load and save in the "Plugins\Degrade" directory
Files Extension: .DGR
Quick Save -> No confirmation and active preview
Save with preview = 37Ko, Without = 1Ko (for transport !! )

CAUTION : The gradients saved with this version will not be compatible with the next one (dsl)
