Issue with PNG background transparency

I've been doing a lot of image upscaling for my media artwork. Most of it is png logos. I've been using online upscalers and mostly getting great results. However, some of the files I upload have the alpha channel visible after they've been transformed. I can try different upscalers and usually one of them will do the transformation without the alpha channel becoming visible but I'd like to not have to do that. Is there any way to fix this before I upload them?

But that just makes the image look the same as the one that's been upscaled.

vous voulez conserver la transparence lors du redimensionnement ? si oui c'est le site qui ne la conserve pas, il doit forcer en 24-bits, ça arrive souvent
