Selecting doesn't work?

First of all, my English is not very good, I come from the Netherlands..

But, when I select a picture with polygon, de selection comes back to it's original place, Without I can select something.

I tried many thing, but it still doesn't work.

Maybe someone who can help me?

My only thought is the possibility that you are not joining the last connection? Let me know if this helps.....

Well, this problem is something from the past few days.

It has always worked...

And I Istalled photophiltre again, and still nothing.

It could be your own OS. If you are using Windows XP or any other platform that has the option to restore the system, use "system restore" to a point when the select tool was functioning correctly.

Hi, you can also modify the quickness of your double click, or verify if any key was not defined to replace double clic.

If these points doesn't resolve your problem, i think you had better to download the last release of photofiltre from the official site :

It happends sometimes a download operation can be wrong, mostly when it runs a long time.

It stil doesn't work..

It keeps making selections on it's one without I get the chance to finish it..

Maybe a wrong adjustment ??

Make certain your virus definitions are up-to-date and run your antivirus scan. If you have done nothing to alter the conduct of your PF, then it could be a mischievious element has come into your PC............

I don't believe, otherwise you had a correct result.

Generaly, it's better to zoom the part you want to select before to use the polygon tool.
Then, you must avoid to do a double click, since the contour you wish is not got.

Have you shut off all the other applications to observ if is it a difference ?

Really, I tried everything you've said, but it won't work....

I don't know what else I could do know, I've zoomed in etc.

If you are using Windows, try running a check disk fix. You do that by clicking on Start < run < type in "chkdsk C:/f" (leave out the quotes). A window will open, type in Y for yes or the Dutch word for Yes, then hit enter. Reboot, it will reboot, and while opening it will run a scan and fix on your system. This may take about five to ten minutes.

appears that you are selecting with free lasso line then letting go of mouse, if not that, is there a hidden layer or box not shown that is only that wide, stop from selecting more,
