it tryes to copy the text if you want to move, or this text was set in the middle of the pic.

there is another bug...

if you put a selection in a pic and want to move the selected detail...you can't move it.

if you select in ms paint, you can move it with your mouse in the whole pic.

It's useless to discuss with somebody so falsely persuaded to be right.
If you don't want to understand how works PF, you are certainly right to keep MS Paint. Why wan't you change ?
Above all, don't never do copy and paste or a right clic in a selection, you could discover something new.
