Teletubbies Babysun Photo - Help!

Hi, I really would like to know how to create my own Teletubbie Babysun Photo, i.e put my baby's picture in to a similar setting. Does anyone know how I could do this easily with Photofiltre?

Help much appreciated (on behalf of my 19mth year old...) Thks to anyone who can offer help :roll
