acquired a license and can’t octify it; what could be the problem? I do everything correctly, but the button (s) is not activated. please help

you should enter exactelly the name sent in the licence and respect upper and lower case

I did everything like right
here in the User:Петр Челидзе <<< (wrote in Russian letters) then I drive the key and I can not press "ok" to activate the license
What am I doing wrong ?

send me you invoice and key to my mail photofitre@free.fr

don't received your mail, it's ok now for the key ? (the user / key use UTF-8 char set)

Hello, I have the same issue ... I just bought the license (approximately 30 minutes ago) and got the confirmation. I inserted data to registration part but i cant press ok (light grey color, like no button is there). I am pretty sure I am inserting correct data. Can you please somehow check it? I can privately send you my registration data. If this wont be resolved is there any possibility to get my money back as there is no mistake on my side? Thank you
