Associate file types to PF

Hi

It would be cool if I could associate file types to PhotoFiltre from within the program itself. As it is now, I use "Open with..." and click "Use this program next time..."

But it doesn't really work. If I choose to open more than one image, then more than one instance of PF is opened (one for each file).

I do know how to edit associations, but I don't know how the command line should look. Do I need to use DDE? How should the commandline look?
