cut out image leave away background

Hi!
Is it possible to cut out an object on a picture so that the background is deleted? I think it works by using the lasso tool. Unfortunatly I can only find autocrop but this doesn't work because it can't find the edges...Would be nice if you could help me...

click into the selection and select "crop"

Hi!

I don't only want to cut out something. For that I wouldn't need Foto Filtre... I'd like to cut out by the edges of the person...

I don't understand what you want exactelley ? use copy and paste, it's the better method for me...

you should look the tutorials of the official site of PhotoFiltre :

You can see also, after a quick selection on a subject, this function :
Menu Edit / Optimized clipping.

The best way to proceed, for me : using the polygon selection tool and paste as new image to detail the edges with a little white brush, or Blur tool.

Have you tried to inverse selection and cut ?
